The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of global reforestation and carbon capture. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic vision, driving commercial success, and building deep partnerships that align with the company's goal of making reforestation faster, smarter, and massively scalable.
This role demands a leader with a balance of entrepreneurial energy and disciplined execution, capable of scaling the organization from a startup to a global force in the nature-based carbon economy. The CEO will be tasked with defining and communicating the long-term vision, leading strategic planning, and translating the mission into actionable growth strategies.

Success will be measured by the company's global scale, financial strength, deep partnerships, team excellence, and lasting impact on the planet's carbon balance.





Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience, with a preference for those who have held executive roles in related sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling organizations, a deep understanding of reforestation, ecosystem restoration, or environmental policy, and a history of closing complex, multi-year partnerships.
Robust financial and strategic acumen are essential, as is the ability to manage P&L;, raise capital, and guide fiscal strategy. The role requires a compelling communicator with a passion for innovation, regeneration, and measurable environmental impact, who can unite diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.

The CEO will also be responsible for stewarding the company's financial and organizational health, ensuring compliance with regulations, and championing innovation in drone, AI, and forest restoration technologies.
