Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze compensation transactions and post to Oracle
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc journal entries
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify variances
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate transaction records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
