As a Criminal Duty Counsel, you will provide essential client services for criminal law matters, assisting in the Brampton courthouse. Core responsibilities include assessing client needs, providing legal advice, and representing clients in various types of court proceedings, both remotely and in person.

You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting vulnerable populations through legal challenges and ensure they receive access to justice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist unrepresented clients charged with criminal offenses

Requirements:
