Location: Hybrid – Linked to either Morden, Penge or Lewisham office

Salary: £41,236 - £48,164 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week – versatile options considered

Role Summary The Tenancy Specialist will provide a high level of expertise on antisocial behaviour and tenancy enforcement, working closely with field-based Neighbourhood Officers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of antisocial behaviour cases within your patch area.

Determine the most appropriate, cost‑effective and proportionate action.

Ensure appropriate support is in place for those affected.

Liaise with Local Authorities, Police and other partners to gather evidence, complete visits and interviews.

Progress cases through to legal action, including preparing paperwork and attending court.

Support future fraud‑related work as required.

Requirements

Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.

Must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.

Ability to travel across the region as required.
