As we continue to expand our market presence across Western Canada, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Manager to support growth throughout Alberta and British Columbia. This is not a traditional account maintenance role.

Aggressively pursue and originate new project opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and market engagement
Identify, develop, and qualify opportunities with architects, developers, tract builders, contractors, and large-scale commercial and residential projects
Develop opportunities that can be executed in collaboration with two key partner organizations
Engage partners early in the sales cycle to strengthen value propositions and improve overall win probability
Maintain ownership of the opportunity pipeline while coordinating with partners to support successful project execution and delivery
Promote product specifications with architects, designers, and engineers to drive early-stage project inclusion
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders
Collaborate closely with internal technical, operations, and marketing teams to tailor presentations, solutions, and proposals to customer needs
Represent Shouldice Stone at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and customer meetings
Utilize CRM tools to document sales activities, manage customer relationships, and maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline
Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and product presentations while tracking wins, losses, and market activity through clear reporting
Provide ongoing market intelligence and customer feedback to Sales Leadership to support strategic planning and continuous improvement Qualifications and Key Attributes
5+ years of proven sales success in business development, construction materials, architectural products, or B2B solutions
Strong background in outbound sales, lead generation, and project-based selling
Experience developing strategic partnerships and managing complex sales opportunities
Established network or experience working with architects, developers, contractors, or large-volume builders is considered a strong asset
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Highly motivated and self-directed professional with a strategic mindset and commitment to continuous growth
Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
Willingness to travel regularly throughout Alberta and British Columbia, with occasional travel to Head Office in Ontario Additional Information
