Role Description This is a full time, on-site TL- MVC, .Net Core, .Net Web UI Developer - Devexpress role located in Cochin, SK. The role involves leading the design and development of web applications using MVC, .Net Core, and Devexpress components, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable code. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and oversee implementation of user-friendly web interfaces.

Daily responsibilities include coding, reviewing team members’ work, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and maintaining documentation. The role also includes mentoring junior developers, enforcing coding standards,



and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Web Development and Software Development skills, with experience in MVC, .Net Core, and Devexpress or similar UI frameworks.

Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integrating UI components with .Net-based back-end services.

Candidates should possess User Experience (UX) and Responsive Web Design skills to create intuitive, accessible, and mobile-friendly interfaces.

Candidates should possess skills in application architecture, code optimization, and debugging within .Net-based environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and working with agile or iterative methodologies.

Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities, with a focus on quality and security best practices.

Familiarity with version control systems, relational databases, and deployment processes in production environments.
