and environmental policies • Conduct incident investigations and workplace inspections • Train and mentor underground equipment operators • Coordinate site orientations and new employee inductions • Maintain accurate training documentation
Requirements: • 10+ years of underground mining experience • 2+ years in a safety/training role • Valid Ontario Hard Rock Miner certification • Train the Trainer certification required • Strong knowledge of Ontario mining legislation
