A member of the IONIS Group, SupBiotech, created in 2004, is a post-baccalaureate engineering school specialized in the field of biotechnology. Our graduates enter the professional world with solid skills, international experience, and mastery of both English and project management.

They are the future architects of major revolutions in health, the environment, food science, and cosmetics. Since 2021, SupBiotech has also been offering a Bachelor’s in Biotechnology on its Paris campus, training assistant engineers. UNIgreen is a European Alliance bringing together several higher education institutions, and SupBiotech is proud to be part of it.

What do we offer? We are looking for a UNIgreen Communications Assistant (Internship) for our SupBiotech campus in Villejuif. As part of its growth and visibility, UNIgreen is seeking a communications intern to strengthen its outreach, particularly to SupBiotech students.

Your Main Missions Will Include

Participation in event organization

Support the organization of the JIC event scheduled for October 2026.

Assist with the organization and logistics of UNIgreen-related events on campus.

Contribute to the preparation of communication materials.

Help collect participant feedback.

Propose ideas to enhance student engagement during these events.

Creation and updating of communication materials

Contribute to the creation of an official UNIgreen brochure.

Collaborate on the redesign of the website (WordPress).

Assist in designing and distributing newsletters.

Ensure visual consistency of all materials with UNIgreen’s brand guidelines (posters, flyers, presentations, etc.).

Analysis of European alliance trends

Monitor other European alliances (their online presence, social media, events).

Analyze their websites to gather ideas for improvements and best practices for UNIgreen.





Study their publications to identify content that generates engagement.

Suggest new campaigns, events, and activities to strengthen UNIgreen’s presence on social media.

Participation in meetings & administrative follow-up

Attend monthly WP9 meetings and meetings with other Work Packages.

Prepare necessary meeting materials (presentations, agendas, working documents).

Draft meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on action items.

Promoting UNIgreen among SupBiotech students

Develop and implement targeted communication initiatives to raise awareness of UNIgreen among students.

Create engaging content (posters, videos, posts) tailored to SupBiotech students.

Encourage student involvement within SupBiotech.

Help disseminate UNIgreen updates via the school’s internal channels.

Desired

Profile A student eager to learn more about communication and marketing.

Excellent command of English (Minimum C1), both spoken and written, is essential.

Good knowledge of communication tools (Microsoft Office, Canva, etc.).

Knowledge of WordPress would be an asset.

Ability to work independently, proactively, and in an organized manner.

Creativity and initiative.

Interest in international issues, the environment, and higher education.

Internship Details

Paid internship, meal vouchers included.
