As a key player in the Solutions Engineering team, you bring over five years of specialized experience in value consulting or engineering within SaaS.

This role requires defining the value selling motion and employing quantitative insights to articulate business impact for diverse audiences. Your focus extends beyond processes to directly influence customer retention and growth through effective collaboration with SEs and CSMs. Key Responsibilities:

- Own and enhance the impact assessment tooling process
- Lead value conversations in high-level engagements




- Train and enable SE and CSM teams for success
- Connect expectations with actual value realization
- Refine key messaging for strategic value propositions

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years in value consulting or engineering
- Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Proven ability to communicate with C-level executives
- Experience in building processes from the ground up
- Familiarity with applicant tracking or HR tech is advantageous
