Role Description The Warehouse Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operations. This role includes managing inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating receiving, storage, and dispatch of home healthcare and mobility products, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

The Warehouse Operations

Manager will lead and schedule warehouse team members, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves implementing and improving warehouse processes, collaborating with customer service and logistics teams to meet client timelines,



and addressing operational issues to support high-quality service delivery. The manager will use warehouse management tools, prepare regular operational reports, and support equipment maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.

Qualifications

Demonstrated Supervisory Skills with experience leading, coaching, and scheduling warehouse or operations teams.

Robust Operations Management capabilities, including process improvement, workflow optimization, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Proficiency in Inventory Control, including cycle counts, stock accuracy, and replenishment practices within a warehouse setting.

Hands-on Warehouse Management experience, including shipping/receiving, order fulfillment, and use of warehouse management systems or related software.

Customer Service orientation with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and support timely, respectful service to clients and partners.

Relevant experience in logistics, distribution, or home healthcare equipment handling is an asset.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and reliability in fast-paced environments.

Ability to work on-site in Mississauga, ON, and perform the physical requirements of warehouse work, following health and safety guidelines.
