Your role includes equipment and floor maintenance while managing supplies. In this non-exempt position, you will report to the Cook or Assistant Manager. This role requires an individual who can maintain high sanitary standards through thorough cleaning of equipment and workspaces. Additionally, you'll be loading and unloading supply trucks and ensuring products are properly stocked and rotated for quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean various equipment including pots, pans, and utensils
- Remove trash to designated areas efficiently
- Scrub, sweep, and buff floors as needed
- Manage supply loading and unloading tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform manual tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with coworkers and customers
- Capable of reading and following instructions
