Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Ironworker/Welder to join our team. This role is ideal for welders with 2–5 years of welding and structural steel experience. Candidates with more experience may be considered, but wage will reflect experience, certifications, and skill level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret steel shop drawings and engineered structural steel blueprints
- Erect and install structural steel components safely and efficiently
- Perform welding using FCAW and SMAW processes
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and timelines
Qualifications:
- CWB Certified Welder (FCAW & SMAW)
- 2–5 years of welding and structural steel erection experience
- Ability to read and interpret shop and engineered drawings
- Comfortable working both in the shop and on-site in the field
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to pass a criminal record check
