Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Studio Assistant to help run daily activities in our craft café. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, being creative, and helping guests have a fun and relaxing experience.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and help them get started with their craft activities
- Walk around the studio to assist guests with questions and provide guidance
- Prepare and organize craft materials and tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Help with café tasks such as serving drinks or clearing tables when needed
- Support workshops and group events when scheduled
- Ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience





Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Good attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable standing and moving around during shifts
- Interest in crafts, art, or DIY activities is a plus
- Previous customer service or café experience is an asset
