We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Workday Extend Architect & Studio Expert with 8+ years of Workday experience to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale Workday solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Workday Extend , Workday Studio , REST APIs , Core Connectors , and enterprise system integrations.

This role requires hands-on development, architecture, integration design, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support for Workday applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Extend

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Workday Extend .
- Customize and extend Workday functionality to meet evolving business requirements.
- Develop dynamic user interfaces, business processes, and automated workflows within the Workday Extend platform.
- Build scalable applications leveraging Workday REST APIs and Orchestrations .
- Integrate Workday applications with external enterprise platforms using REST APIs and web services.
- Perform application testing, deployment, release management, and post-production support.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.





Workday Studio

- Design, develop, and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio .
- Modernize and optimize existing Studio integrations for improved performance and reliability.
- Develop integrations using Core Connectors including:
- PECI
- CCW
- CCP
- CCO
- PICOF
- Build integrations between Workday and enterprise applications such as SAP and other third-party platforms.
- Monitor integration performance and resolve production issues.
- Establish error monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident resolution processes.

Additional Responsibilities

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Perform root cause analysis for integration and application issues.
- Ensure adherence to Workday development best practices.
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
