Job Overview
Huron is seeking a Technical Manager to lead the implementation lifecycle for cloud‑based enterprise system projects, ensuring alignment with client business needs and delivering high‑quality solutions. The role is located in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation life cycle – planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go‑live and post‑production support.
- Implement new Workday integrations, inbound and outbound EIBs and manage integration enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions and deliver technical architecture.
- Provide technical recommendations that align with business goals and resolve client challenges.
- Coach, mentor, and lead technical staff to achieve delivery quality and professional growth.
- Ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of all technical components, including data conversions and system integrations.
Required Qualifications
- 6‑10 years of experience as a technical lead or architect on cloud‑based enterprise system implementations.
- 2‑3 years of experience with complex system integrations, data conversions, and end‑to‑end technical work‑stream ownership.
- Experience managing a team.
- Proficiency using Studio; experience with Orchestrate is a plus.
- Deep expertise in at least one of: cloud‑based ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Compensation and Benefits
Estimated base salary: $130,000–$160,000(CAD). The total compensation range including annual incentive is $156,000–$192,000(CAD). Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, wellness programs, 401(k) plan with employer match, employee stock purchase plan, generous paid time off, paid parental leave, and adoption assistance.
