Youth

Counselor (Casual) Opportunity The Youth Counselor plays a pivotal role as a main support figure for young individuals here at Vantage, working in rotating shifts to ensure around-the-clock support, seven days a week. They are an essential team member committed to delivering services to young people and families within a well-organized environment.

Shift differentials

Flexible work schedule Qualifications Diploma or undergraduate degree in Human Services (or currently enrolled), e.g., Child and Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.

Experience working with young people is preferred.

Current certifications in Standard First Aid/Level C CPR, PIC, CYIM, Valid Driver’s License, and Driver’s Abstract.
