Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Youth Competitive Soccer Coach for our Boys Division born in 2014, 2013, 2012 and 2011. the objective is to inspire and develop young athletes in a energetic, team-oriented environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead youth soccer teams, foster teamwork, and promote sportsmanship while enhancing players’ skills. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, coaching expertise, and a passion for youth development to help our players reach their full potential on and off the field.

Duties

- Plan and deliver engaging soccer training sessions tailored to youth boys’ skill levels and developmental stages
- Lead team practices, drills, and game strategies to improve technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth
- Assess players’ abilities regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
- Organize and oversee competitive matches, ensuring safety and fair play at all times
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and fellow coaches to ensure a cohesive team experience




- Incorporate teaching techniques that enhance learning experiences and promote enjoyment of the sport

Requirements

- Soccer Coaches Licenses is a definite asset
- Proven experience in coaching youth soccer, particularly soccer or similar team sports
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and educate young athletes
- Knowledge of soccer techniques, rules, and game strategies suitable for youth competition
- Excellent communication skills to engage with players, parents, and staff effectively
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for youth development and sports education
- Certification in first aid or CPR is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain necessary certifications prior to start date
