The Team
Canada Supply Chain Planning (SCP) team is responsible for conducting S&OE; and S&OP; processes across the market. This involves striving for best‑in‑class Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning, Customer Fulfillment, and Inventory Optimization to balance demand and supply across the operational horizon (approximately next 3 months) and the tactical horizon (next two years).The Opportunity
The Canada SCP Senior Manager reports directly into the Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning and oversees two teams: Supply Chain Planning and Customer Fulfillment & Inventory Management. The role will represent Mattel’s Global Supply Chain in Canada and act as the point person contact for the Canada Country Manager.Responsibilities
Manage supply‑chain relationships for Mattel Canada with top customers and suppliers.Improve cost effectiveness and develop capabilities of Mattel Canada's supply chain to support strategic growth over the next 2–3 years.Liaise with external parties to represent Mattel Canada in peer‑to‑peer meetings and joint projects to improve supply‑chain costs and efficiency.Manage supply‑chain projects (identify key steps, timelines, responsibilities).Manage planning function to ensure high fill rates and target inventory levels.Raise the profile and visibility of the planning function,



enhance reporting and quickly resolve issues.Enhance reporting and processes in the demand planning function, provide oversight of critical planning issues.Conduct process reviews with team members and share best practices across Mattel planning teams.Qualifications
University degree required.8+ years of related business experience.Experience with contemporary planning platforms (e.G., Blue Yonder, Anaplan).Logistics/Supply Chain vocational qualification desired.Proven ability to manage internal and external relationships.Robust communicator and influencer.Excellent analytical and reasoning skills.Proven track record of people leadership and culture building.Demonstrated growth mindset: curiosity, continuous learning, embracing challenges.Compensation & Benefits
The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range;
