Key Responsibilities:



- Develop and implement strategic plans for seniors’ care - Oversee financial management and organizational performance - Foster partnerships for innovation and long-term sustainability - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards - Champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements: - Proven leadership experience in healthcare or community services - Relevant university degree;
graduate degree is an asset - Understanding of Ontario long-term care legislation - Experience in a unionized workplace - Willingness to complete Administrator Leadership Program
