About the Role

The Role

- We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Commercial Project Manager to lead flooring projects from bid to completion. This is a dynamic role where estimating, relationship-building, and on-site coordination all come together to deliver exceptional results.
- You’ll be responsible for securing new work, planning and managing projects, and ensuring every job is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and secure new project opportunities through bid platforms, industry networks, and internal leads
- Prepare accurate estimates by evaluating materials, labour, equipment, and project scope
- Review construction drawings and specifications to develop competitive tenders
- Negotiate contracts with general contractors and subcontractors
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and onsite execution from start to finish
- Oversee subcontract installers to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and installers
- Stay up to date on flooring products,



installation methods, and industry best practices
- Help implement and optimize estimating tools, cost tracking systems, and project management software

Pay: $95,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
