We are currently looking for a professional, meticulous, and highly reliable cleaner to service our growing list of regular, loyal clients, alongside deep cleans and move-out cleans.

What We Offer You

- Competitive Pay: $25.00/hour base wage
- Paid Perks: We pay a mileage reimbursement for travel between jobs (not to the first job or home from the last) and a weekly laundry allowance for your cleaning cloths.
- Supplies Provided: No out-of-pocket costs for you. We supply all premium commercial equipment, chemicals, and PPE.
- Independence: Most of our work is solo cleaning, allowing you to focus, put your headphones in, and take ownership of your day.

What You Bring to the Hive

- Consistency (Non-Negotiable): We work with regular, loyal clients who rely on a set routine. You must be able to commit to a minimum of two full days per week on an ongoing, fixed basis.
- Reliability: You show up every single time, on time. Our clients count on us, and we count on you.
- An Eye for Detail: You don't just "dust down counters." You clean to an above-average standard and take pride in leaving a home looking immaculate.
- Independence & Teamwork: You love the routine of working efficiently on your own for regular clients,



but you are also a great team player who enjoys jumping into occasional team cleans.
- Experience: Prior skilled cleaning experience (residential or commercial) is highly preferred.

Job Requirements

- Residency: Must live in the Kelowna area to efficiently service our local client base.
- Availability: Must be available for at least two full, consistent days per week. Our operating hours are Monday through Saturday, daytime only, mostly mornings (no evenings).
- Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license to travel to and between job sites.
- Background Check: A current RCMP Police Information Check (Criminal Record Check) is a strict, non-negotiable requirement for this role as you are working in clients homes.
- Compliance: Legally allowed to work in Canada.
- Physicality: Physically fit and able to handle the demands of active, physical work (bending, lifting, kneeling).
