About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Flat Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with solid technical expertise and a passion for team success.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate roofing crews on various job sites
- Monitor quality control and enforce safety standards




- Communicate project progress with management and clients
- Mentor, train, and motivate team members

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Roofing Foreman or similar leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial flat roofing systems
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
