As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide clinical leadership and deliver comprehensive, Resident-centered care that supports the physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological well-being of those in our community.

Working within your full scope of practice and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and a physician, you will assess, coordinate, and evaluate individualized care plans to ensure Residents receive safe, high-quality nursing care.

In this leadership role, you will guide and mentor frontline care staff, support clinical decision-making, and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or recognized Registered Nursing degree Current Registered Nurse license in the applicable province, in valuable standing Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and care coordination skills Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to mentor and support care staff Experience developing and evaluating individualized care plans Excellent communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Commitment to person-centered care, safety, and continuous quality improvement.

Experience in long-term care or community healthcare considered an asset Current graduates and experienced nurses are encouraged to apply A clean vulnerable sector and criminal record check Mac
