Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and guide Child and Family Services teams
• Ensure compliance with the Adoption Act and other legislation




• Promote cultural safety in service delivery
• Support the Regional Manager in strategic planning
• Develop programs to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or diploma in social work required
• Minimum three years experience, one year in leadership
• Understanding of cultural safety in health services
• Registered as a Social Worker with GNWT
• Valid vulnerable sector check required
