Battery World Lloydminster has been serving our border community for 10+ years, providing batteries and power solutions for everything from farm equipment and vehicles to boats, ATVs, and everyday electronics. We're a specialty retailer with deep roots in Alberta — and we're proud of the relationships we've built with our customers along the way. We're looking for a motivated, people-friendly Sales Representative to join our team. If you enjoy helping customers solve problems, learning about products, and being part of a tight-knit local business, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Listening to customer needs and recommending the right battery or power solution for the job
- Building product knowledge across automotive, marine, recreational, industrial, and consumer electronics categories
- Processing sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Supporting inventory management — receiving stock, organizing shelves, and keeping the store tidy
- Following up on special orders and customer inquiries
- Working toward individual and store sales goals
- Representing Battery World's values of reliability, quality, and community service

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in retail, sales,



or customer service is an asset — but a great attitude and willingness to learn matters most
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping people
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Basic mechanical or technical interest is a plus (we'll train the right person)
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Able to lift and handle product (batteries can be heavy!)
- Knowledge of the Lloydminster area and its industries is an advantage
- Clean Class 5 Drivers abstract
