Job Description: Field Sales Representative
Position Type: Commission-Based
Compensation: 20% commission on gross sales + paid gas expenses

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Field Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based position ideal for someone who is confident, driven, and comfortable speaking with new businesses and customers in person.

The main responsibility of this role is to bring in current customers through cold outreach, door-to-door visits, business visits, phone calls, follow-ups, and relationship building. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting our products and services, explaining pricing and benefits, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong communication with potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit businesses and potential customers to promote our products and services
- Perform cold outreach through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Generate new leads and convert them into paying customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Explain product/service details, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Keep track of customer interactions, leads, and sales progress




- Follow up with interested customers and close deals
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Report sales activity and updates to management
- Meet sales targets and actively look for new business opportunities

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position. The Field Sales Representative will receive 20% commission on gross sales generated. Gas expenses will be paid by the company for approved work-related travel.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident with cold outreach and approaching new customers
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

Pay: $40,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
