Automotive Parts Specialist / Parts Guru Location: Auto X, Saskatoon, SK

As the shop with the most service bays in Saskatoon and a cutting-edge modern facility, we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows automotive components inside and out. If you love the challenge of keeping a massive, high-volume shop running like a well-oiled machine, we want you on our team.

What You Will Do

- Keep Us Moving: Source, order, and receive parts to ensure our technicians always have exactly what they need right when they need it.
- Manage the Vault: Maintain accurate inventory levels, organize the parts department, and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Be the Go-To Expert: Work closely with the service team to identify the correct replacement parts for a wide variety of makes, models, and performance builds.
- Build Relationships: Negotiate and maintain strong connections with local vendors, suppliers, and dealerships.
- Control the Flow: Handle all shipping, receiving,



and core returns with absolute precision.

What You Bring to the Table

- Proven experience in an automotive parts role or parts counter.
- A deep, practical understanding of automotive components and systems.
- Unmatched organizational skills and serious attention to detail.
- The ability to hustle and multitask in a high-volume, state-of-the-art shop environment.
- Solid computer skills for managing inventory and shop management software.
