Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, manage appointment scheduling, and handle administrative tasks efficiently. This role is essential in providing excellent patient service and ensuring smooth office operations. Prior experience with Tracker software, along with strong communication skills, is highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and address patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker Software
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing procedures
- Prepare and update patient files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
- Assist in front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes and payment collection
- Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate smooth daily operations




- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence

Requirements

- Must be available all Saturdays + one Sunday a month (not including long weekends)
- Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Office experience in a fast-paced setting preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional demeanor with a focus on providing outstanding patient service

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
