The Role

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring the successful setup and deployment of our software solutions. You will work closely with clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure implementations run smoothly and meet business needs.

This role combines technical understanding, problem solving, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and onboarding process for new clients
- Configure and set up software solutions based on client requirements
- Work closely with clients to understand their business workflows and needs
- Coordinate with internal teams including developers, support, and product teams
- Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use the platform
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and ensure timely resolution
- Assist with data migration, integrations, and system configuration
- Document implementation processes and client requirements
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards

Skills & Experience

- Experience in software implementation, onboarding, or technical support




- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working with software platforms, integrations, or APIs
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Experience working with SaaS platforms is an advantage
