Program Manager / Senior Project Manager – Information Security

Location: Canada (Hybrid / Remote)

Experience: 3–4 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager / Senior Project Manager with a solid background in Information Security to lead security-focused initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage information security programs and projects

– Coordinate with cybersecurity, risk, and compliance teams

– Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies

– Ensure delivery of security initiatives aligned with regulatory standards

– Report program status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership

– Support audits, security assessments, and compliance initiatives





Required Qualifications:

– 3–4 years of experience in program or project management

– Hands-on experience managing information security projects

– Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and risk management

– Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

– PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification

– Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or similar frameworks

– Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
