Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator

Atwood Heritage is looking for a hands-on marketing and design professional to own the day-to-day creation and coordination of sales materials, digital content, and brand assets.

This is a practical execution role focused equally on sales materials, website upkeep, and social media.

Full-Time

Hybrid role with regular in office involvement expected

Reports directly to CEO while receiving day-to-day direction from the Sales Manager.

Compensation: Competitive wage based on experience and capability

Key Responsibilities

· Create and update sell sheets, line cards, presentations, trade show materials, signage, and other sales support tools.

· Design and produce social media content, maintain a content calendar, and keep posting consistent.

· Manage the company website day to day, including product pages, banners, images, text updates, new pages, and general upkeep.

· Maintain a clean, consistent visual standard across all materials and channels.

· Organize and manage brand assets, templates, photos,



packaging files, and working files.

· Coordinate with printers, outside vendors, and internal team members to keep projects moving.

What We're Looking For

· Strong hands-on design ability and solid visual judgment.

· Comfortable working across print, digital, social, and website content.

· Organized, dependable, and able to move work forward without constant supervision.

· Comfortable with production-style work, revisions, and fast turnaround.

· Some experience is preferred, but strong early-career candidates and recent graduates with a strong portfolio will be considered.

Success in This Role

· Quick turnaround on projects like sales materials.

· A current, well-maintained website.

· Consistent social media output.

· Strong organization of marketing assets and files.

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
