You’ll have the rare opportunity to build and scale marketing across multiple B2B SaaS businesses—often from the ground up. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll shape growth strategy, not just advise on it.
Role Requirements:
- 3+ years in growth, demand gen, or full-stack marketing
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, SEO platforms, analytics, and automation
- Proven track record building marketing engines from zero
- Deep knowledge of SEO, paid acquisition, email, and content
- Experience with outbound systems, deliverability, and compliance
- Clear communicator who can engage founders and executives
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, autonomous environment
Key Tasks:
- Lead growth and marketing across both HQ and portfolio companies
- Build marketing functions from scratch (CRM, automation, SEO, demand gen)
- Launch and optimize campaigns across paid, email, content, and partnerships
- Support deal sourcing through targeted outbound and campaign systems
- Partner with leadership on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
