Job Summary
RPI Consulting Group, on behalf of our client, is seeking a dedicated and licensed Pharmacy Manager for a full-time, permanent role in Saint John, New Brunswick. This is an opportunity to lead a vital healthcare pillar in a region celebrated for its rich history, vibrant waterfront, and affordable living.
You will be an integral part of a well-respected retail pharmacy, leading a team focused on personalized patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Accurately dispense and review prescribed medications.
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling, including usage and side effects.
- Conduct detailed medication reviews with patients and their physicians.
- Offer professional consultation on over-the-counter products and wellness management.
- Ensure full compliance with all College of Pharmacists of New Brunswick standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Current licensure in positive standing with the College of Pharmacists of New Brunswick (or eligibility to transfer).
- Previous leadership or management experience is a strong asset.
- Exceptional clinical knowledge and outstanding patient communication skills.
- Experience with retail pharmacy software is an asset.
- Dedication to ethical practice and a passion for community health.
