Key Responsibilities:
• Establish project governance and methodologies • Oversee budget development and performance monitoring • Interact with various stakeholders to facilitate project success • Lead risk management and ensure compliance • Conduct stakeholder engagement and report on project metrics
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline; Master’s is a plus • 10+ years in capital project management • Owner’s Representative experience essential • Solid contract negotiation and financial skills • Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft Project
