Alliance is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for its Strathroy location. Commitment to all shifts is required, including weekends and holidays. Applicants should have a passion for patient-centered care, a robust background in medical/surgical nursing, and at least two years of relevant experience in the last three years. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to inpatients
Manage complex surgical wounds and PICC lines
Initiate and document IV treatments effectively
Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes
Maintain Electronic Health Records in compliance with CNO standards Requirements:
Current registration with CNO in Ontario
Two years of medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
BLS-HCP certification is mandatory
Proficiency in Windows and Cerner systems required
