Requirements: - Red Seal Certification as Heavy Duty Mechanic - 5+ years experience in mechanical or HVAC sectors - 1–3 years supervising or team-leading experience - Robust understanding of mechanical drawings and systems - Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
