Main Purpose of Role:
To provide first-class breeding advice to Dairy Farmers on the portfolio of products and services to achieve both individual and regional team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- To achieve an individual sales target
- To review, plan and prioritize the daily customer visit schedule
- To provide first-class advice on STgenetics products & services in order to fulfil the customer requirements
- To manage and build a database of customers in order to achieve individual targets
- To establish and always maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- To develop and maintain knowledge of the STgenetics portfolio of products & services
- To develop and maintain knowledge of the industry and market trends
- To ensure that Company policies and procedures are adhered to
- To continuously develop and improve both themselves and the working practices
- To comply with Company policy and best practice in security, legal and regulatory compliance
- To ensure H&S; responsibilities are fulfilled
- To complete any other duties as required from time to time
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Must have knowledge of the Bovine Breeding Industry
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work on their own initiative
- Excellent communicator with a proven record of building customer relationships
- Full clean driving license
