About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Gutter Installer to oversee gutter installation projects and lead a small crew. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with gutter systems, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
Location: Quispamsis, New Brunswick, Canada
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead gutter installation projects from start to finish
- Install, repair, and maintain gutter systems (eavestroughs, downspouts, guards)
- Measure, cut, and assemble gutter components on-site
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Train and support gutter helpers on-site
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in gutter installation and exterior work is required
- Experience leading a crew
- Strong knowledge of gutter systems and installation techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
