QQR Mechanical Contracting LTD. is focused on process systems for the municipal water and waste water sectors. We provide Process & Mechanical fabrication and installation to various municipal projects, as well to other developers and general contractors.
QQR Mechanical Contracting LTD. is currently seeking Journeyman apprentice plumbers to continue there apprenticeship working throughout Northern Alberta.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Running Projects
- Process piping and equipment installations.
- Installations of various plumbing systems using PVC, copper, cast iron, PEX, etc.
- Threaded pipe and valve installations for gas lines and other piping systems.
- Working with plans and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Hydrostatic testing of installed piping systems.
Ensuring secure work practices, EH&S; processes and OH&S; compliance are followed on-site
