Develop and review complex care plans collaboratively
Lead and supervise nursing and personal care staff




Ensure high standards of resident care
Provide education and support to the caregiving team
Foster a team-oriented workplace for enhanced resident experiences Requirements:
Current RN registration in Ontario
Experience with seniors and care providers
Solid communication, critical thinking, and coordination skills
Knowledge of gerontology/rehabilitation is an asset
