Director, Group Controller

Taseko Mines Limited Vancouver, BC Taseko Mines Limited is a fast-growing mid‑tier copper producer headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. The company is entering an exciting period of growth as it transitions into a multi‑asset operation. Taseko operates the Gibraltar Mine in British Columbia, Canada’s second‑largest open‑pit copper mine, and is advancing the Florence Copper mine in Arizona toward commercial production.

The Company also controls several development‑stage assets, including the Yellowhead Copper Project, the New Prosperity gold‑copper deposit, and the Aley niobium project. Taseko is seeking a Director, Group Controller to join its corporate finance team in Vancouver. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director will oversee all internal and external financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, and public‑company disclosure.

This role works closely with finance teams across corporate and site operations and plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity,



and effectiveness of the Company’s financial reporting framework.

Compensation for this position is expected to be in the range of $175,000 to $195,000 per year, plus short‑term and long‑term option and RSU incentives. Additionally, Taseko’s compensation and advantages package includes competitive vacation packages, health, dental, and disability insurance benefits, and an RRSP matching program.
