White Rock Bistro – White Rock, BC

White Rock Bistro is hiring a Line Cook for a fast-paced kitchen. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and able to work clean and fast under pressure.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and plating standards
- Set up and stock your station before service
- Complete prep work including chopping, portioning, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Keep your station clean, organized, and ready throughout the shift
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with restocking, closing duties, and overall kitchen operations
- Work with the team to deliver consistent food during busy service

Requirements

- Previous restaurant kitchen experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen cleanliness
- Able to follow recipes and maintain consistency
- Good communication and teamwork
- Reliable, punctual, and professional




- Available evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: $20–$24 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Location: White Rock, BC
