Position Overview

We’re hiring Construction Labourers (experience not mandatory) in pre-engineered steel building installation. This role involves physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with power hand tools, aerial lifts, and telehandlers (if certified)
- Assist with steel building/metal exterior finishing
- Perform site maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized
- Work safely at heights (20-30 feet) and lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
- Follow instructions, work with minimal supervision, and be a team player
- Travel to various job sites across southern Manitoba & other provinces

Requirements:

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (No visa sponsorship available)




- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Comfortable with physically demanding work & working at heights
- Willingness to travel for extended periods (up to 21 days on, 7-10 days off)
- Certifications preferred (Fall Protection, Aerial Lift, Telehandler, WHMIS, First Aid/CPR)
- No experience? No problem! We’re willing to train the right person.

Work Schedule & Travel Pay

Rotating shifts (may vary per job site):
✔ 10-hour or 12-hour shifts
✔ Day shifts available
✔ Out-of-town travel required

Shift Premiums for Travel Jobs:

- 5 on/2 off or 10 on/4 off → +$2.00/hr
- 14 on/7 off → +$4.00/hr
