As a Client Service Representative at Riverview Animal Health Centre, your role goes beyond traditional front desk duties. You will be a vital part of the pet care experience, ensuring that our clients and their furry friends feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Guide clients through the check-in and check-out process, making it a seamless and positive experience.
- Handle operational needs, such as appointment scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
- Address client inquiries and requests, providing accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination of services.
- Share insights and highlights about our veterinary services and pet care recommendations.

Critical Success Factors:

- Create a welcoming and secure environment for clients and their pets.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and upholding quality standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism in personal appearance, communication, and interactions.
- Take a hands-on approach to tasks, including moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects as needed. (Up to 50lbs)
- Prioritize exceptional client service to enhance the overall experience for both clients and their pets.

Qualifications:





- Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role preferred.
- Passion for animals and a genuine interest in providing outstanding pet care services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency.
