This temporary role plays a crucial part in ensuring quality and compliance during significant local upgrades in Newfoundland and Labrador. You will inspect major projects, advising on non-compliance and ensuring adherence to environmental and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections for municipal construction
- Review and interpret contract documents and drawings
- Monitor and coordinate quality control programs
- Keep detailed field diaries and records
- Liaise with engineers, clients, and stakeholders Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Construction Inspector in municipal projects
- Strong interpersonal skills for building in office relationships
- Valid driver’s license and clean Driver’s Abstract
