Drive guest experiences as an On-Site Manager at Illuminated Escapes, Canada's premier glow-in-the-dark kayaking location. Oversee operations and ensure quality service at either Sunnyside Beach or Heart Lake Conservation Park. This position offers part-time or full-time hours, where the manager is responsible for daily operational efficiency and safety.

You will coordinate team activities, manage equipment, and create exceptional moments for our guests in a picturesque setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Process guest reservations and validate payments
- Provide extraordinary customer service and support
- Supervise all staff and activities on-site
- Delegate daily responsibilities among team members
- Maintain and inspect rental equipment regularly Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid capability to prioritize and delegate tasks
- Must handle equipment weighing up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable swimming and working in water conditions
- Previous leadership experience is advantageous Lead your team and contribute to memorable outdoor experiences at Illuminated Escapes.
