Drive guest experiences as an On-Site Manager at Illuminated Escapes, Canada's premier glow-in-the-dark kayaking location. Oversee operations and ensure quality service at either Sunnyside Beach or Heart Lake Conservation Park.

This position offers part-time or full time hours, where the manager is responsible for daily operational efficiency and safety. You will coordinate team activities, manage equipment, and create exceptional moments for our guests in a picturesque setting.

Key Responsibilities: • Process guest reservations and validate payments • Provide extraordinary customer service and support • Supervise all staff and activities on-site • Delegate daily responsibilities among team members • Maintain and inspect rental equipment regularly

Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong capability to prioritize and delegate tasks • Must handle equipment weighing up to 40 lbs • Comfortable swimming and working in water conditions • Previous leadership experience is advantageous
