The Role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our operations team. This role is critical to keeping freight moving smoothly across North America — from booking carriers to tracking loads and solving problems in real time. You’ll have real responsibility, real support, and room to grow as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities
Dispatch and manage daily freight movements across North America
Book and communicate with carriers and drivers
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and appointment scheduling
Maintain accurate load details, notes, and documentation




Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers
Support the operations team with day-to-day logistics execution

What We’re Looking For
1+ years experience in logistics, dispatch, or freight brokerage (preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear, skilled communication (phone, email, messaging)
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a rapid-paced setting
Team-first mindset — you care about customers, carriers, and coworkers
Comfortable working with TMS systems, email, and spreadsheets
North American freight experience is an asset, not a requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
