Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable DZ Front Load Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating front load refuse trucks to efficiently collect and transport waste materials from commercial and residential sites. Your expertise in commercial vehicle operation, combined with excellent communication skills, will ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining safety standards. Duties
Safely operate a DZ license-rated front load refuse truck, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Load, transport, and unload waste containers from designated locations.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning of brakes, lights, tires, and mechanical systems.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, team members, and customers to coordinate pickups and address any service issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of daily routes, loads, and service reports; complete necessary logs for compliance purposes.




Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during loading, unloading, or driving operations.

Qualifications
Valid DZ driver’s license with proven experience operating commercial vehicles such as front load trucks, box trucks, or similar heavy-duty vehicles.
Prior experience in delivery driving, shuttle driving, or route driving preferred; familiarity with waste collection services is a plus.
Mechanical knowledge of commercial vehicles, including basic troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and customers professionally.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects, move containers, and perform manual tasks related to waste collection operations.
