Position: Skilled Construction Worker – Heavy Civil / Bridge Work (Bridge Gang Worker)

Overview: Beton is a heavy civil contractor headquartered in Hamilton, Ontario, specializing in bridge rehabilitation and structural civil work across Southern Ontario. We are seeking skilled construction workers with field experience in heavy civil or structural work to join our bridge crews.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with concrete removals (chipping/demo), concrete placement, rebar installation, and finishing

· Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

· Handle materials and maintain site organization

· Assist with setup of scaffolding and work platforms

· Follow direction from foreman and support crew productivity

· Perform general construction duties as required

Requirements:

· Experience in construction (heavy civil or structural preferred)

· Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and meet tight deadlines

· Physically capable of performing demanding labour (lifting, bending, climbing, etc.)

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a crew





· Willingness to learn and take direction

· Valid driver’s license is an asset

· Ability to travel to project sites

Work Conditions:

· Projects across Southern Ontario

· Long hours, overtime, and weekend work as required

· Outdoor work in all weather conditions

Job Types: Full time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.67-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
